Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY — THRIVE LABS CANADA

Thrive Labs Canada (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values customer satisfaction and takes product integrity seriously. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when returns or refunds may be considered and the conditions that apply.

1) ALL RETURNS / REFUNDS REQUIRE APPROVAL
No returns and no refunds will be issued without prior written approval from Thrive Labs Canada.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact Thrive Labs Canada before sending anything back or requesting a refund.

2) HOW TO REQUEST APPROVAL
To request approval, contact Thrive Labs Canada and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the order
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos, if applicable (e.g., damaged shipment or incorrect item)

We may request additional information to assess the claim.

3) UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Any return shipped to us without Thrive Labs Canada approval may be refused, returned to sender, or disposed of, and no refund will be issued.

4) DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact Thrive Labs Canada within a reasonable time after delivery.
If approved, we may (at our discretion):

  • Replace the item, or
  • Reship the order (in whole or in part), or
  • Issue a refund (in whole or in part), or
  • Provide store credit

5) SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping fees (including original shipping) are non-refundable unless Thrive Labs Canada determines otherwise in writing.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Thrive Labs Canada states otherwise in writing.

6) NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For quality control and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once shipped or opened. Thrive Labs Canada will determine eligibility for return or refund on a case-by-case basis.

7) REFUND METHOD & TIMING
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible, or another method at our discretion. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.

8) CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you have an issue with your order, please contact Thrive Labs Canada first so we can review it and work toward a resolution. Unresolved chargebacks or payment disputes may limit our ability to provide future service.

9) CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Thrive Labs Canada may update this policy at any time by posting an updated version on our website.
